For NCWF wildlife chapter leaders and potential leaders.

This training will be panel style and group discussion with a few individuals leading the conversation.

9:00am - Meet and greet with a breakfast.

10:00 - Introductions and opening remarks by Tim Gestwicki, NCWF Executive Director and Alen Baker, NCWF President.

10:15 - The necessities of a good public meeting

Panel: Carol Buie Jackson, HAWK, Tim Aydlett – Albemarle Conservation & Wildlife Chapter

11:00 - Communications – press releases, websites, newsletters.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Wear your chapter gear, t-shirts, etc.
- Bring your chapter displays, hats, t-shirts, brochures, sample of newsletters and anything else you may have for education and outreach. There will be several tables to set up your materials.
- B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Old Batteries) – HAWK will collect old batteries and discuss their new recycling initiative.
