To advocate the conservation and enhancement of all wildlife and its habitat.

The Venture Crew in Matthews made and donated 36 bird houses to HAWK this weekend. There's going to be a write up in the Charlotte Observer this Sunday, 7/6, about the project, but I thought I would share a few of the pictures with everyone.

We plan to put up the houses in a variety of habitats all over the Matthews/Mint Hill area!

Dang! we should have thought of that this morning and we could have stopped by.

Let me know when you are going to be in this neck of the woods.

Carol,

Thanks for working with the Boy Scout Venture Crew. I'm never quite sure how busy these kids will be or what will appeal to them but the girls that worked on this really enjoyed doing it. Next time maybe some of the boys wil come along. These are great pictures. Jack
