Fish attractor project went off today smooth as silk. Dianne has a map with coordinates. 60 of the 100 are at 3 sites in the first part of Gar creek at Latta. (area with the rocks in the middle ) I`m gonna wait and make sure the coordinates don`t change a tiny bit. Sure they`ll post them soon and I will be putting them on our team site as well . Already some maps on there you might like to see for MIL.
Almost look like he's hugging you back!
Welcome to the group, Omar! Good to see you are already a member, and to also to have Claremont represented.

Omar, I thought of you when I read this in the paper this morning. Better go get you a Barbie fishing rod! http://www.news-record.com/content/2008/08/21/article/record_catfish_landed_with_barbie_rod
Even more cool! See if you can attend our next general meeting - Wed. September 17th at the Mountain Island Library. We have a herpetologist bringing some "friends" to discuss and it would be a great opportunity for you to meet other chapter members.
Wow, great fish! I was hoping you had caught that on Mountain Island Lake! Hey, take a look at the Mtn Island Lake chapter, too. We'll be putting out some deep-water fish attracters in a few months. You might want to get involved with that project. Hopefully we'll grow some big ones just like this!
We have a chapter, Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists that you should contact. They may be able to help. Bill Mugg and Jim Ray are two of the leaders and they are on this site. Go to the "member" page and you can search that page using their names. If you need assistance, just let me know. And Bravo for your efforts!
Holy Mackerel! Welcome to the network! What kind of fish is that?
