Hey!
Sorry I missed the Board meeting. The big day is August 1 in the mts. Let me know when you are free to chat. I have seen a ton of $ coming from DC for energy efficiency projects and not one of them includes water conservation, stormwater or water quality measures. I am wondering how we go about bringing this to the attention of the big dogs in DC.

Hi Richard - noticed you may be a hunter....is that a pheasant sticking out of your bag? Have been wanting to try some bird hunting myself.....do you hunt preserves? Any suggestions? Ever been to Primland? I live near Charlotte but can travel to a hunt preserve for the right opportunity.

thanks!

Richard,

Thank you so very much for coming to Boone and sharing with us your inspiring words. Our whole group reflected on what you said and I think it was very motivational overall- something our new group really needs. I enjoyed talking with you after the meeting and look forward to collaborations in the future. You are welcome in Boone anytime and I hope we can get out on the river together sometime soon. Thanks for paving the way for the next generation of conservationists.

Sincerely yours,

Erin Singer

Thanks Richard for the encouragement. I am really very excited about putting together a process that makes sense to the board and doesn't waste our staffs' time. And of course fishing is always on the agenda.

Welcome to the group, Richard. It's good to have Morganton represented here. My son went to NCSD and loved the town!
