CONGRATULATIONS to ANNE STEPHENS on her recent appointment to the Mecklenburg County Land Conservation Stewardship Council! Anne is a board member of OWLS-NCWF, as is a certified Master Composter with Meckleburg County, and a recent graduate of NWF/NCWF Habitat Steward Training. Anne will be a well-qualified and passionate voice for wildlife in Mecklenburg County!
