Event Description

Join PACT at their next monthly meeting, August 11 at the Watauga Co. Public Library at 7:00 pm. Dr. John Walker is back by popular demand to discuss fungi! This talk will include wild edible mushrooms as well as how fungi are important in maintaining suitable habitats for wildlife. For more information contact Erin Singer at pacthc@gmail.com

We had discussed trying to do a rain garden in our backyard with Wendy at the last meeting. She thought that it might be a good idea for PACT to 'sponsor' it. There could be an article in the paper or something?! "PACT Plants a Rain Garden!" Just an idea.
